Founded in December 2025 in Bab Ezzouar, Algiers, ILITECH ENGINEERING brings together complementary skills in hydraulics, oil & gas, electrical engineering, environment and digital engineering.

Mohammed Amine Guelmane
Over 10 years of experience in hydraulic infrastructure studies and projects. PhD candidate in water and environmental sciences at the National Polytechnic School.
Founder — Electrical Engineer
Ismail Djeddour
Graduate of the National Polytechnic School with a Master's degree from INSA Lyon. Over 8 years of experience in oil & gas EPC projects and industry.
